Temptation is a "Full of flavor ®" melon which has a similar appearance to a honeydew. Although the melon is generally smooth, harsher weather conditions may cause some netting, discoloration or a slight green tint which does not affect it's quality, taste or high sugar levels. Inside, the Temptation is a bi-color melon with a bright orange center and possesses a sweet, crispier taste throughout the melon.
The Temptation is only harvested seasonally, late May through early July each year. Availability is limited. AND - look for Sanbon, Inc's. Asparation, Baby Broccoli.
